Multi-Tenant Facility Opening Spring 2012

A new 30,000 sq foot multi-tenant facility is currently in development at the Bradford Regional Airport within the Aviation Business Center (ABC). Construction began in October 2011 and will be complete April 2012.

The facility consists of 4 cells (14,000 sq ft, two 6,000 sq ft, and 4,000 sq ft), each with their own separate loading docs. While one of the 6,000 sq ft cells is currently under lease we are looking for tenants to fill this facility. All utilites are in place and the building can be equipped with fiber optic lines. There are many benefits to locating your business on the grounds of the airport including easy access to state and US routes, easy travel in and out of the area, and KOZ tax benefts and foreign trade zone tax benefits.
