MINUTES OF THE
BRADFORD REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
June 9, 2010
IN ATTENDANCE:
The Bradford Regional Airport Authority held its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 in the conference room of the Bradford Regional Airport. The following members attended the meeting: Authority Chairman Joe DeMott, who presided; Board Members: John Satterwhite, Max Brady, Ron Dankesreiter and Rob Huber. Board members excused from the meeting were Fred Fesenmyer and Dan Freeburg. Absent were John Eggelston and Skip Marsh. Also in attendance were: Thomas C. Frungillo, Ed Nasuti, Airport Engineer, Fran Delancy of the Bradford Era and Alicia Dankesreiter.
CALL TO ORDER:
Authority Chairman Joe DeMott called the meeting to order at 11:00am and noted that quorum was present.
REVIEW OF MINUTES:
Authority Chairman Joe DeMott called for approval of the minutes of the May meeting. The minutes of the May meeting were approved by motion of Mr. Max Brady and seconded by Mr. John Satterwhite and passed.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
The Treasurer’s report for the month of May were accepted and approved by motion of Mr. Max Brady, seconded by Mr. Ron Dankesreiter and passed.
AIRPORT REPORT:
Mr. Frungillo, Airport Director presented the Airport report. A copy was handed out at the meeting to each Board Member.
ENGINEER’S REPORT:
Mr. Ed Nasuti, with Lee-Simpson Associates, Inc. presented the Engineer’s report.
PROJECT #33: Rehabilitate RWY 14-32 Phase II, Acquire SRE - Blower, Wetland Mitigation 2007, GVGI - Phase I Design
This project is ready to begin the close out process.
PROJECT #36: Obstruction Removals
The project is proceeding well and is expected to be finished in June, weather pending.

IN ATTENDANCE:
The Bradford Regional Airport Authority held its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 in the conference room of the Bradford Regional Airport. The following members attended the meeting: Authority Chairman Joe DeMott, who presided; Board Members: John Satterwhite, Fred Fesenmyer, Skip Marsh, Dan Freeburg, Ron Dankesreiter and Rob Huber. Board members excused from the meeting were Max Brady and John Eggelston. Also in attendance were: Thomas C. Frungillo, Ed Nasuti, Airport Engineer, Fran Delancy of the Bradford Era, Ruth O’Connell of Gulfstream and Alicia Dankesreiter.

Authority Chairman Joe DeMott called for approval of the minutes of the meeting. The minutes of the April 2010meeting were approved by motion of Mr. Skip Marsh and seconded by Mr. Ron Dankesreiter and passed.

The Treasurer’s report for the month of April 2010 were accepted and approved by motion of Mr. John Satterwhite, seconded by Mr. Fred Fesenmyer and passed.

Mr. Ed Nasuti, with Lee-Simpson Associates, Inc. presented the Engineer’s report.

This project is ready to begin the close out process.
PROJECT#34 - Improve runway 14 Safety Area (wetland mitigation and monitoring), Phase IV; Improve airport drainage, Phase II; Install Runway 23 GVGI, Phase II, Install Airport Beacon; Conduct Environmental Study.
Lee Simpson requested an amendment for engineering, construction and administrative costs in the amount of $14,128 as well as a supplemental engineering agreement for $5,907. Mr. Ron Dankesreiter made a motion to accept the amendment and the supplemental agreement, Mr. Dan Freeburg seconded the motion and it was passed.
PROJECT #36 - Obstruction Removals
The project is proceeding well and is expected to be finished in June, weather pending.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Protocol 80 gave a presentation on the airports new website.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
The airport will be accepting public comments on the proposed Multi Tenant facility until May 21st 2010.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 PM.
